We help organisations across Southeast Asia and the United States with Digital Transformation, IT Service Management (ITSM), DevSecOps and Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence — acting as an on-demand, fractional Chief Information Officer for our clients.

Information Officer was founded in 2006 by technology veterans Ross Lindell and Tom Lake, bringing decades of experience from Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and the Dot-com era. With over 30 years of combined IT expertise, the firm has been delivering technology consulting for nearly two decades.

Information Officer provides end-to-end Digital Transformation services across five practice areas: Digital Transformation strategy, IT Service Management using platforms like Jira Service Management, ONES.com and HaloITSM, DevSecOps and Cloud consulting on AWS and Google Cloud, Atlassian platform consulting (Jira, Confluence, Cloud migration), and Artificial Intelligence strategy and implementation.

Information Officer combines the breadth of a strategic advisory firm with deep hands-on implementation capability across Atlassian, AWS, ONES.com, HaloITSM, Odoo, and AI platforms. Our bilingual, cross-regional team operates across Singapore and California, giving clients in Southeast Asia and North America a partner who understands both local regulatory contexts and global best practices. We act as a fractional CIO — bringing executive-level strategic thinking alongside the technical team to deliver it.
