(“Information Officer”), a strategic IT consulting and technology advisory firm with operations in Singapore and the United States, today announced a strategic partnership with Ricksoft Co., Ltd. (“Ricksoft”), a leading Japanese provider of enterprise software solutions and an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner.
As part of this partnership, Ricksoft will acquire a 39% equity stake in Information Officer Pte. Ltd. Information Officer will subsequently be rebranded as Ricksoft Singapore Pte. Ltd., reflecting a shared vision to expand the companies’ combined capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region and international markets.
In conjunction with the transaction, Information Officer LLC in the United States will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Singapore entity, further strengthening the group’s global operating footprint.
